How To Answer The Quizz

There are no wrong answers - your perception and experience is the only right answer

Each question asks either of 2 aspects:

  • The severity or how extreme
  • The frequency

The answers can be any number from 1 - 10

Number Meanings:

10 = the most severe, or it occurs all the time.

 1 = hardly noticeable, or hardly ever happens.

You have from 2 - 9 to express more accurately the degree to which the behavior occurs and how often
