All of our Coaching and Training are done through our dedicated ADHD training website: Living ADDventure® Training as well live talks, workshops, and training courses.

Living ADDventure® provides a wide range of ADHD topics that different groups of people can learn in different ways. Here's how it works.

The Topics

The topics range from parenting, to relationships, to studying methods, and a series of essential ADHD specific life skills - like how to think, communication skills, how to make decisions and plan, and significantly, how to implement those plans.

The Groups

The different groups of people range from individuals, couples, parents, teachers, and teenagers. In fact any combination of people who live with - or alongside ADHD will benefit enormously from the courses. You can create your own groups too.

The Different Methods

The different ways to learn range from live talks and workshops, online courses and ZOOM sessions. We even have a version of the parenting course where we provide a complete set of materials for a Small Group Leader to run his or her courses.
