All of our training - besides live talks, workshops, and training courses - are done through our dedicated ADHD training website: Living ADDventure® Training
Living ADDventure® provides a wide range of ADHD topics that different groups of people can learn in different ways. That's quite a mouthful to digest isn't it? Let me simplify it for you.
The topics range from parenting, to relationships, to studying methods, and a series of essential ADHD specific life skills - from how to think, to communicate, to make decisions and plan, and especially how to implement those plans.
The topics can be learnt as a foundation on which specific topics can be added, for instance the basic parenting course can be done, and then the studying skills on top of that, of the basic life skills - there are around 8 of them, and then the relationship course.
Where good basic life skills are present, a specific topic or two can be done. This is not often applicable.
The different groups of people range from individuals, couples, parents, teachers, and teenagers. In fact any combination of people who live with - or alongside ADHD will benefit enormously from the courses.
The Different Methods
The different ways to learn range from live talks and workshops, online courses and Skype sessions. We even have a version of the parenting course where we provide a complete set of materials for a Small Group Leader to run his or her courses.
We also train individual ADHD Coaches which is a 2 year course with lots of practical work with support.
